Engagement Description Program manager who will be accountable for overseeing multiple workstreams of work led by different project managers and reporting up on a weekly basis to an Executive Oversight Committee. Responsibilities: Lead a complex development initiative. Overall facilitation of multiple project teams with various audiences, including executives to provide organization and collaboration to pull different workstreams of work into one overall program Plan projects, including the concept, design, planning, project scope, cost and benefits, testing, acceptance, implementation and post-implementation review of project deliverables. Monitor progress, produce project status reports, timelines, budget reports, project metrics. Monitor project risk and consult on mitigation plans. Accountable for managing project budgets, including a defined changed control process that is overseen by a Governance Committee. Provide leadership to the contract PMs; ensuring they have the tools needed to get the job done Ability to ensure knowledge transfer occurs across PMs for consistency/efficiency Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Demonstrated knowledge and experience planning and leading high risk and complex projects Ability to understand the overall program needs Strong facilitation skills particularly with Executives Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Ten (10) years program management experience in health plan operations or related field Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations Extensive experience with analysis including root cause identification and problem solving Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Access, Excel PowerPoint and Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience.
