Please see the job description below for your reference Position Title: .Net Lead Position Type: Long term/ongoing contract Remote option: Yes, but prefer local candidates (will go onsite as needed, Johnston, IA) Position Description Field Management team. The Lead Developer will be responsible for influencing Engineering best practices, Delivery in collaboration with Solution Architect and other Engineers. The role requires a willingness to work with varied tech stack and solutions SaaS, IaaS, PaaS. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Exhibits technical leadership by reviewing code for the team, leading them through designing, coding, and testing software. Mentor and lead the team on engineering best practices and Agile processes to ensure effective delivery of high quality software products. Has a strong point of view on technologies and can contribute to tech evaluations with the Solutions Architect. Demonstrates an ability to break down product requirements into technical projects and tasks. Work with software architects to ensure solutions are consistent with company standards and guidelines. Identifies risks or issues with technical solution and design which may impact realization of project delivery. Has a clear, concise, effective communication style appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences. Provides insightful feedback for others on the team in a positive and constructive manner. Qualifications Required: Demonstrates technical expertise with full-stack development, data management and cloud infrastructure. Experience designing solutions in a cloud-first environment. Experience with scalable cloud-based IaaS/PaaS services using AWS or Azure and using its components in building scalable and reliable software. Experience with data migrations and integrations with enterprise-level applications Experience developing software using Agile techniques, with a focus to minimize tech debt. Experience developing RESTful APIs with C# or comparable server-side language. Strong knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, and no-SQL DBs such as DynamoDB or MongoDB Experience with various authentication implementations such as Azure B2C, Azure B2B, SAML, JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect. Familiarity with deployment Pipelines Azure, Octopus, TFS, VSTS, GIT. Familiar with web UI frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Vue. Familiar with mobile frameworks such as Xamarin, React Native, and Flutter. Familiar with Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, and the DevOps mindset. Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks, Jenkins DSL, Azure Pipelines and ARM templates Experience working with Agile methodologies.
