Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will spearhead a large-scale public sector procurement, showcasing extensive expertise in navigating complex government entities and adeptly managing stakeholder expectations. Leading a 7-person team, you will serve as the primary resource for effective collaboration, providing formal oversight to ensure PMP adherance, and driving diverse workstreams to meet project objectives while engaging stakeholders across organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

       Oversee large-scale public sector procurement, demonstrating extensive experience in navigating complex government entities and managing stakeholder expectations.

       Lead and manage a 7-person team, serving as the primary resource for effective collaboration and project execution.

       Provide formal oversight, ensuring compliance with PMP requirements.

       Drive and manage a team of 7 individuals with varying workstreams, maintaining governance and ensuring project objectives are met.

       Ability to engage with stakeholders of varying levels within the organization

Qualifications:

       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

       Proven experience in project management, particularly in the public sector, with a focus on overseeing large-scale procurements.

       Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

       Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Olympia, WA.

       Proven and demonstrable experience in project management.

       Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

       Ability to make informed project decisions.

       Ability to work collaboratively, fostering teamwork, and adapt in a dynamic project environment.

Desired Experience:

       Previous experience in Corrections, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.

       Familiarity with Offender Management Systems (OMS) is a plus.
