They launched a new ERP system 2 years ago and the implementation went a little dicey, but its all set now. Theyre now doing an implementation for a Warehouse Management Solution automation of how they process orders system is called RFSmart. Theyre looking for a Project Manager who can partner with every functional and operational leader at Lhasa OMS and the people at RFSmart to get the implementation completed. Warehouse Management experience- RFSmart is a plus but if not, another WMS, Implementation experience. Experience as a functional lead to get projects like this to completion. Experience with ERPs (they use NetSuite) This person will be the business owner for this project. Someone who can understand that they dont have buy in from every part of the business and has the personality to get the project live. Theyll be going around to warehouse, finance, call center and merchandise teams, asking where theyre at with the project, what are the hold ups, what do they need to do to get past team, etc. and creating status reports for the team. Very operational person who knows warehouse functions. They have a warehouse manager but hes not sold on changing their WMS. Need someone whos tactical and can work around the warehouse manager. All of the warehouse management is currently home grown so not your standard warehouse layout so need someone who can see the flow and visualize whats happening. RFSmarts shipping solution is already implemented so areas of concern are skew count of approx. 8,000 have to manage testing devices, barcoding, scanning, etc. They have some obscure Chinese herbs that have weird nomenclature so have to understand complex skews and creating locations in an WMS. Any warehouse optimization experience would be a plus but not required. They want a headstrong individual with a track record of success for delivering a substantial project where they need to keep the lights on and continue business as usual while they get this WMS implemented.
