This can be a Director, Project Manager or even a Business Analyst, they just have to be a Workday recruiting SME with Implementation experience. This position Hybrid/ 3 times a week in the office in Tampa, FL or Brunswick NJ. No relocation. Certifications would be a huge plus. As a leading player in our industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Recruit Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dedicated team. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Workday Recruit Subject Matter Expert with hands-on implementation experience. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR technology. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects and managing stakeholders. Workday Recruit certification is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Continuous learner mindset and a proactive approach to staying updated on Workday Recruit advancements.
