Position: IT Project Manager (SAP), No H1B Location : Remote Duration: 6+ Month MOI: Phone and Video (Please submit only genuine visa consultants) Anticipate some org changes in the next couple of months Have some gaps in the PM area PM ROLE AND OPENING Day to day work/support work required associated with SAP Need help in their continuing development, break/fix items Intake model Requirements come in from the business-- can come in from brands or other functions Build out req's, what are the impacts-- do we need to make changes to SAP Anticipating a lot of specific project work coming up Testing support Managing with other functions to coordinate to other gates outside of normal finance requests Upgrades for SAP for 2024-- how will they plan out the roadmap for 2024-- starting with these 4 roles right now 2 PM's similar to Janet's background Finance experience ERP background Went live 1 year ago-- trying to stabilize now, and finish up some work that'll be complete Projects: Building out plan for 2024 Non FAP related plans that will come in as well Put together a project plan, other more simple projects along the way Really bad at Change Management-- need to help bridge the gap with a lot of the change management Not strategic level CM for what's going to take place, have they upgraded what's necessary to do this Update training/documentation Interview Process: 1 interview Week after next will be best to interview will try and squeeze in prior Location: 100% Remote Durations: Through the end of the year-- could convert perm after that, could be enough work in the future for a larger PM team for both BA's and PM's in the future Where at in process: Ready to schedule interviews and pull in folks to interview Keywords: business analyst information technology |
