Role Title : Sr. Product Manager Location: - Remote Duration: 6 months + CTH Interview : Skype It is a contract to hire so candidates must be a citizen or green card holder Someone that came from a lending institute would be idea especially if they have experience in a credit analyst position that switched to be a product manager Need someone that can play around with the product and pretend to be the customer and find what works and what does not work. Work with design team to create wireframes Remote position, can sit anywhere in the Us but will be required to work 9-5 EST Required Skills 1. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a related field required 2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a customer-facing product 3. Experience in the financial industry (with a focus on lending, credit, or loan origination is preferred). 4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience. 5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to coordinate and assist large teams in resolving complex analytical and technical issues. 7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. 8. Excellent problem solver and independent thinker who can create innovative solutions. 9. Strong Excel skills 10. Willing to learn new technologies, capable of self-directed learning. 11. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Tableau are preferred 12. Knowledge of AI/ML is preferred 13. Experience with Java or C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, Angular, Terraform and AWS is a plus Key role/responsibilities: 1. Product Development: Contribute to the development and design of the financial spreading product and collaborate with product team members to define the product vision and product strategy. This includes identifying and prioritizing product features, assisting in the design of user interfaces, and working closely with the development team to ensure the product meets customer needs. 2. Customer Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for customers, gathering their feedback and understanding their needs. This will involve regular communication with customers, including presentations and product demonstrations. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to product development and customer success. 4. Product Training: Develop and deliver product training to both internal teams and customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the product's features and benefits. 5. Product Operations: Provide leadership in coordinating activities for all relevant product development workstreams and actively manage Stakeholders of all levels by leading discussions of project scope, timelines, and approach. This may include assisting in the management of releases, product launch activities and optimizing operational activities. 6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends in the financial spreading industry, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
