PROGRAM MANAGER 06 months Description We are currently accepting resumes for a Program Manager position in Columbus OH.(Hybrid) The selected candidate will perform the following duties: Complete Description: Will be required to come in at least 1 day a week, typically Tuesday, and when requested by management. Any other time work from home location. Required Skills and Experience PMP certified Project Management Professional Directed successful design (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and deployment of bid requests across multiple teams, Knowledge and Management of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) system and medical bill payments system implementation Knowledge and management related to Procurement Process. Experience in leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions both in size and scope. Adept at overseeing all facets of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, change, risk, issue management, and guiding QA teams. Highly versatile, self-directed, collaborative project manager with proven history of successfully delivering complex multimillion, multiyear projects concurrently in different phases, across multiple cross-functional teams, on schedule, on budget, and with high quality. Management and leadership experience in various government, healthcare, insurance, and other service-related environments. Highly innovative leader with a demonstrated track record for achieving product and process development. Experience in leading transformation projects relating to cloud modernization, data migration, data warehousing (i.e. Snowflake, Oracle Financials, OIA) Strong experience delivering projects using hybrid project methods Waterfall and Agile; Proven ability to manage projects leveraging agile methodologies. Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage conflicts between resources and resolve organizational change issues. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of highest priority items. Solid Knowledge of PMBOK standards related to project planning and implementation. Experience going through the full software development cycle, requirements, design, coding/testing, rollout/deploy best practices in delivering transformational technology solutions. Experience in dealing with stakeholders management; identifying risks and issues and producing mitigation plans Experienced managing key vendor relationships with demonstrated benefits to the business. Highly effective communication, presentation, and people skills including strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, documentation, time management, and critical thinking skills. Excellent technical aptitude: business analysis, systems analysis, systems administration, networking, software installation, software configuration, desktop, applications, and production support; ability to effectively translate technical terminology and convey complex concepts into language understandable by non-technical individuals. Strong and effective customer relationship management skills. Passion for delivering superior, customer focused, responsive service in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experienced managing capital and operational budgets, with proven cost management achievements.
