Title: Financial Systems Analyst Duration: 12 months+ Location/Site: Chicago, IL (100% REMOTE) Responsible for maintaining and updating project and resource allocation spreadsheets, dashboards and systems. Complies with all-time compliance and time entry guidelines Support identifying and reporting project variances to timeline, budgets and deliverables across multiple small to medium/low complexity projects Help support simple stakeholder analysis matrix Strong Excel skills needed (formulas, formatting, etc.) with ability to manipulate spreadsheets. Coordinate on/off board of new resources into the Finance Systems Organization Help coordinate with team meetings and documenting minutes, decision and action items Requirements for this position is as follows: o Bachelor's Degree o 2+ years of experience o Project Coordination, Microsoft Excel, Strong Communication & Rapport Building. o Some experience in Project server and Project web access o Strong Organizational skills. Some project management experience will be preferred Working and coordinating with various technology and business team.
