| Role: Sr. MongoDB Admin Location: Plano TX Hexaware Job Summary: The Level L1/L2 MongoDB Administrator is a senior-level position responsible for the design, implementation, and management of databases. This role involves overseeing the database infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The Level 3 DBA provides technical expertise, leads database projects, and collaborates with other IT teams to deliver robust and scalable database services. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Several years of proven experience as a Level Mongo Database Administrator. In-depth understanding of MongoDb architecture, configuration, and performance tuning. Strong proficiency in MongoDb architecture, installation, configuration, and administration. Familiarity with database security, backup, and recovery best practices. Experience with database clustering and load balancing technologies is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex database issues. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
