| Role: Oracle Financials Functional consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Interview: Video Job Description: 10 years of experience 6-8+ years of experience in Oracle R12 E-Business suite with in-depth understanding of Finance business process flows Experience in configuring Oracle Modules (GL/AR/AP/FA/SLA) Strong financial background with experiences in Consolidation, intercompany, FISA and ASC 606 Experience in India TDS functionality, Order Management, Service Contracts is a plus Full understanding of Enterprise Structure concepts Strong overall functional knowledge of Oracle Applications with a good technical understanding of the Oracle tables Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts Understanding of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle including Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Support Experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering Experience in writing Functional Specification documents and high-level technical specifications Experience in creating test cases and performing end to end testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic SQL and Oracle tables knowledge Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly motivated, results oriented, with the ability to drive continuous improvement Able to collaborate effectively with Business team/stakeholders Experience with Salesforce (CRM) order flow and integrations with EBS a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work in small team environments.
