Minimum of 5 Years experience in AWS Cloud systems administration, AWS Cloud Formation templates, AWS security (security groups, route tables, firewall rules), AWS EC2 and EBS, etc. Minimum of 5 Years experience in executing SQL Queries, basic SQL server management, and SSRS Reports administration. Minimum of 5 years experience in managing File and Share permissions and SFTP software like Tectia SSH Client/Server. Minimum 8 years experience in Windows system upgrades, migration to latest versions, System patching, addressing security vulnerabilities and keeping servers with latest security compliance. Proficiency in working on Amazon Web Services (AWS) like CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, EBS, ELB, S3, Route 53, RDS, Redshift in a highly available and scalable production environment. Identify and drive improvements in infrastructure and system reliability, performance, monitoring, and overall stability of the platform. Possession of excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Capacity planning and demand forecasting to meet systems demand, identifying performance bottlenecks and devising tuning improvements. Build tools and automation that eliminate repetitive tasks and prevent incident occurrence. Create and maintain operational runbooks and documentation. Build Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation in AWS. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
