CONTRACT WORK ON-SITE IN REDMOND, WA 3-4 days/week!!! RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidate with 3-5 years of experience. Product requirements gathering. Product development/innovation strategy. Product/Program Management. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Service experience is a PLUS. Client is looking for someone with experience in data modeling & AI. Looking for someone who can work onsite (located in Seattle). Program Manager will Tech interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports. Management skills, including ability to work within a budget and direct program/project (may be multiple and complex in nature). Specialized knowledge as defined by project. Software programming experience in the languages or technology specific to the program/project may be needed. Experience with software and hardware cycles and proven accomplishment as a driver in this arena may be needed. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to think strategically. Ability to present persuasively and effectively across communication settings to drive consensus. Sound business-related skills including judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in creating and overseeing a creative and/or technical team (may be multiple and complex in nature).
