Job Title : Tester Location : PA (Onsite) Local PA Profile only Generally, the contractor will perform the following tasks: Engages with program SMEs and stakeholders to verify PAVRMS application functionality aligns with business needs and functional design Develops and performs functional testing and end-to-end workflow testing of the PAVRMS application in the UAT/Staging environment Tests, troubleshoots, and resolves issues reported by program Identifies, documents, and reports defects in the application Monitors defect fixes, conducts retesting in UAT and supports verification testing in Production Escalates potential deficiencies to Business Workflow ManaAger Provides end-user support OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS The contractor will be required to: Complete weekly timesheet reporting in PeopleFluent/VectorVMS by COB Friday. Provide weekly personal status reporting by COB Friday submitted on SharePoint. Schedule project status meetings with both the BHSR Director, Vital Events Registry Manager, and Death Registry Supervisor. CONTRACTOR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS As appropriate for a business analyst and to meet general objectives shown above. Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills (including knowledge on pivot tables) and strong verbal and written communication skills.
