Job Title: Lead UI React developer 12-15+ Needed  Location: / Louisville, CO onsite LOCALS ONLY  NO OPT CPT H1B Requirements: MUST HAVES : REACT, REDUX, LEAD EXP AT LEAST 2 YRS  Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges with a creative mindset. Experience in managing and prioritizing tasks in an Agile/Scrum environment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira). Knowledge of UI testing frameworks and practices. Commitment to code quality through automated testing and continuous integration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
