The Desktop System Engineer will play a crucial role in the management and maintenance of our desktop infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows, MacOS environments, and proficiency in utilizing tools like PatchMyPC for efficient software updates. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, support, and enhance desktop systems, ensuring the highest level of performance, security, and end-user satisfaction. Responsibilities: Intune Management: Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for the deployment, configuration, and security of desktop devices. Develop and maintain Intune profiles, policies, and compliance rules to meet organizational standards. Develop and maintain conditional access policies in MS Azure. Operating System Expertise: Administer and support Windows and MacOS desktop environments. Utilize Intune and third-party tool PatchMyPCto automate and streamline software deployments and updates across the desktop environment. Troubleshoot and resolve operating system-related issues promptly. Stay abreast of the latest updates and security patches, ensuring timely implementation.
