Day to day, the candidate will work closely with cross functional business partners (Operations, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Sales, PM), Vendors and service providers. As a Senior Business Analyst, the candidate should be highly motivated self-starter with a high sense of ownership, accountability, attention to detail and be an effective liaison between all teams. Expertise and required skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate, summarize and interpret information and influence key stakeholders. Identify and document business processes, current and future state and propose improvements bases on the end-to-end analysis. Showcase analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate new information and draw conclusions based on findings Experience with workflow design, data analysis, impact analysis, visualization (data and UI) Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple requirements simultaneously. Deliver requirements, artifacts and documentations on time Ability to facilitate meetings with various audiences, drive decisions and document outcomes.
