Role: IBM BAW / Case Manager Developer Location: St Louis, MO Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: IBM BAW / Case Manager Developer Hands on working experience in Content Engine 5.5.x and Process Engine Java APIs Hands on working experience in designing and developing workflow using FileNet Process Designer Hand on working exp on Developing Case Manager Solutions Hand on working experience in deploying the BAW/Case Manager solution to different environments. Should be able to understand the Low-level design and transform that into code. Good communication skill, Team player and customer-oriented approach Understanding of the Design Patterns, Architectural Blueprints, UML and Application Design, AWS Roles & Responsibilities Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented. Collaborate with architects, Systems Engineering and Product Management and other technical and non-technical stakeholders in the current product development process. Good to have CICD way of working. Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements. Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects. Direct and oversee local and off-shore developers Create technical estimations. Present technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as needed. Create and update design and functional documents. Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed. Ability to lead solution design, code development and testing. Ability to work with onshore offshore teams. Ability to multitask and handle production issues with ease.
