The Division has prioritized multiple opportunities for system and process modernizations to collect School Finance data. This engagement will begin with the County Auditor Data Reporting Submissions (CARDS) project. This project will follow existing frameworks for current modernizations, and build upon the framework to allow for rapid development of future applications that have been prioritized. It is anticipated that this resource will be assigned to other School Finance modernization projects as they are prioritized. Mandatory Skills: 1. Five (5) years experience in Web Design/Development role with C#.net/ASP.net core a. A Masters degree substitutes for three years of experience, or a Bachelors degree substitutes for two years, or an Associates degree substitutes for one year 2. One (1) year experience in cloud development using Azure Desirable Skills: 1. Proven work experience as a web designer/developer 2. Work experience in system integration with SQL databases 3. Work experience designing, developing and implementing SQL databases. 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments 5. Experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap, JQuery and API's 6. Proficiency in creating visual designs, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps 7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process 8. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively 9. Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units 10. Knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services 11.
