Must-have skills: 7+ y of exp as an IT Business Analyst ; 7+ y of exp in FLAIR or other Financial Systems infrastructure; gov exp,; PALM System, Visio, Smartsheet, PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA): Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA): IIBA, or other related skill certification. Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work 100 % at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Business Analyst experience in an IT environment (7+ years); Experience in FLAIR or other Financial Systems infrastructure (7+ years); Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field. Preferred: Experience with implementation of PALM System; Experience of all aspects of FLAIR including Chart of Accounts; Experience with Visio diagrams for process flow documentation; Experience with Smartsheet; PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA): Project Management Institute (PMI); Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA); Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and other techniques; Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizing existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve better outcomes; Monitor and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution aligns with user needs.
