Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid 3 days in week)

Type: 3+ Months Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities:

Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements. Manages full software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Performs solution design, bug verification, and beta support, which may require research and analysis.

Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated.

Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle. Coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.

Guide developers on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems, review work of development teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Demonstrable experience with Einstein, Salesforce, including Salesforce Admin and Platform Dev certifications.

Proven experience in designing and developing chat bot solutions, with a focus on advanced NLP and machine learning techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Java.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Managing all Einstein Bots in Salesforce within the Organization, including managing the AI models, intent sets, utterances, and any associated automation (Flows) that the Bots utilize (including routing)

Design and develop Salesforce Einstein Chat Bots for our client's business.

Architect Chat Bot solutions and introduce new features to enhance customer engagement.

Integrate with backend systems and APIs.

Test, validate, and continuously improve Chat Bot performance.

Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Helping establish a Customer360 platform by working with Customer Care, Customer Success and Sales team and gathering requirements for improvements and upcoming projects with Einstein Bots and related Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configurations.

Configuring Salesforce.com (Building Reports, List Views, Creating/Training Users, etc)

Working on Sandbox environments and deploying Change Sets as work is completed.

Experience in Sales and Service cloud

Understanding of scripting languages or programming experience such as Javascript, JQuery.

Proficient working with SOQL and SQL

Expert knowledge around Lightning Platform and Web Components

Experience working with HTML5 / CSS3

Expert knowledge with Salesforce declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows) .

Extensive knowledge in Salesforce integration techniques.

Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and governance.

Salesforce certification(s) in Flow (Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer

Excellent strategic & technical thinking skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to present complex concepts effectively at both the tactical and strategic / executive levels.
