Required: 8+ years of Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant (BA) with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&O. 7+ years In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 modules, including Finance, Product management, Inventory & Warehouse management, Procurement & Sourcing, and HR. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to be assertive and connect the dots when working with stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing client needs and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment. Ability to write queries with SQL; Any expertise with REST APIs / web services. Job Summary: As a techno-functional consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&O, you will play a critical role in the successful support of Dynamics AX 2012 solutions for the clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, configure & customize the system, and ensure that the software aligns with the clients' business processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' business operations, providing valuable insights, and driving successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Support and Issue Resolution: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing user issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing system enhancements; perform root cause analysis. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and pain points. Translate business requirements into system specifications and vice versa. System Configuration: Configure Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to meet client-specific needs, including module setup, user security, and workflow design. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality. Ensure that all customizations meet quality standards and perform regression testing as necessary. Customization: Design, develop, and implement customizations and modifications to the system, ensuring that they align with best practices and do not compromise system stability.
