She is looking for someone who has experience overseeing a large program that includes driving and working with multiple teams, i.e. IT and eCommerce teams. They will be interacting with a Program Lead, 3 Developers and 2 QA's. This person needs to have experience in customer data management, identity resolution and personalization. Additionally, this person will need to have good communication/presentation skills. They will be responsible for giving updates to leadership. SUMMARY: A Technical Delivery Manager who provides project and solution design leadership by leveraging a technically focused base of previous experiences. This position is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering complex Information Technology projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. The Technical Delivery Manager drives the collaboration with technology and business stakeholders, cross functional teams, and vendors to ensure that all project participants are effectively communicating and executing tasks as specified in the project plan. This role does not have direct reports but does lead a group of cross functional resources to meet clearly defined system objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering complex Information Technology projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. Responsible for managing multiple concurrent IT projects of high complexity. Responsible for defining and gaining consensus on project scope and objectives, creating project work plans, facilitating scrum and status meetings, and ensuring continuous alignment across the project team members and leaders. Identifies and manages project risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and change requests; leads mitigation and resolution efforts to limit risks, escalates as needed. Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule. Manages communications and reports project status on a regular basis, acts as translator between business and technical community interpreting data domain needs. Works with architects to design business solutions by applying the right technology; and works with project team to document business processes and requirements that can be used for development, as appropriate. Provides thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient technical solutions and documentation of logical processing flows. Oversees client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met or exceeded. Assists in establishing, enabling, and improving project management and software development methodologies, procedures, and policies. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or related field with at least 8 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 5 years of experience in leading large-scale system implementation efforts using a standard software development lifecycle approach. Strong project management, leadership, and organization skills. Knowledge of common Project Management and Software Development Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each methodology. Understands and can lead / participate in solutions design. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation and facilitation skills. Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment. Excellent organization and relationship building skills. Understands the capabilities of key technologies (SQL Server, ETL Tools) and can quickly assess the applicability of commercial off the shelf technology. At least 2-3 years experience working with technology vendors.
