This role involves coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality IT solutions. The Project Manager will work onsite, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve project goals. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Define project tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team collaboration. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their expectations are met. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges .Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget. Report on budget status to relevant stakeholders .Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions by implementing quality assurance processes .Conduct project reviews to identify areas for improvement. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to the relevant parties. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records. Ensure documentation is accessible to the project team and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Familiarity with IT systems, software development, and infrastructure projects. Additional Skills (may vary based on specific role requirements):PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus. Experience with project management tools and software.
