Job Title: Enterprise Architect Tool Administrator (Planview EA) The EA Tool administrator is responsible for the overall administration of the EA Tool, Planview CTM. The role includes maintaining and growing the metamodel, ensuring data quality, collaborating with data owners and consumers, maintaining documentation on the metamodel, and assisting or training the end users. Responsibilities: Own the architecture tool: Ensure the proper functioning of the tool and act as a gatekeeper for the data. Create reports to check the quality of the data, create and modify workflows, work with the end users to keep the data reliable and up to date. Create new tiles, column sets and portfolios, as required and modify the user interface to keep the tool user friendly. Keep abreast of the Planview documentation and development to make the best possible use of the tool. Work with the Security group to keep the Tool secure and compliant, manage the security groups, roles and privileges within Planview. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architects: Suggest changes to the data model and participates in brainstorming sessions with the architects to determine the best way to acquire new data or refine the existing one to keep Planview the tool of choice for all data related to an application. Take direction from EA and leadership and propose solutions to challenges and requirements for new functionality. Look for opportunities to use the EA tool to help standardize, reduce the technical debt, and modernize. Assist with onboarding and training of end users: Provide assistance and training to the end users. Includes hands on training, Confluence documentation, presentations, and recorded Videos as required. Create and maintain personalized interfaces for the different group of users. Collaborate with the stakeholders: Provide reports to leadership on the tools usage and create meaningful metrics to be used by technical and business leadership for decision making. Work with the enterprise data team, the infrastructure team, the security team and other important stakeholders to keep the Meta model relevant and to periodically review and enhance the data ingested into Planview. Maintain and optimize the integration points: Own and maintain the integration points between Planview and the other systems. This includes but it not limited to the REST Services giving access to Planview data, the integration built on the Microsoft Power Platform and any other integration point necessary to exchange data with other systems. Own and maintain the EA portal: Take ownership of and maintain the EA portal which contains the current and future architecture artifacts. Work with the EA Solution architects to the keep the portal current and seamlessly connected to the application catalog. Skills/Experience: 5+ years of experience working in IT, preferably for Enterprise Architecture Relevant experience in administration of an enterprise-wide tool, preferably Planview EA or Troux Expertise in gathering requirements from stakeholders Working knowledge of MS team, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Expertise in Excel highly desirable, including macros, VB, Ablebits Experience with security administration Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service An analytical, problem solving and results-driven approach Keywords: information technology microsoft California Georgia |
