Marklogic DBA or NoSQL DBA with Marklogic experience FT Worth TX Hybrid Will look at Candidates that will relocate Contract No H1B Client BNSF Will be on call once or maybe twice a month for a week. This person will be performing admin tasks. Database skills would be hugely helpful, mostly Mark logic. Mark logic certification preferred but not required. No remote candidates can be considered. Open to candidates who may need to relocate but if they are willing to relocate they will be considered No travel expenses would be reimbursed, however. Plan to interview quickly. We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) contractor for staff augmentation purposes to help manage our Mark logic environment. The position will be responsible for on-going administration of existing environments including defining, planning, implementing, and supporting physical Marklogic databases for the enterprise. Candidate should possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of Marklogic including monitoring and performance tuning. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge on Marklogic Experience in NoSQL Databases such as Mark Logic Exceptional problem-solving skills - Performance analysis and optimization, especially in a relational query context Database engine implementation - including indexes and compression Upgrade & migration of Marklogic infrastructure Experience: 5-10 years Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Should be Self-motivated, team oriented, able to work in a team environment and able to operate with minimal supervision Knowledge of writing query/ procedure in SQL Excellent customer communication and Ability to manage challenging customer delivery and tight deadlines Should be Experience with Linux operating systems JSON, XML, and related technologies Work experience with any cloud Responsibilities Troubleshoot all Database / Application Incident Tickets Troubleshoot DB performance issues Installing, Configuring, Patching and Upgrading database and software Original Intake call notes 10/6- Will be on call once or maybe twice a month for a week. Marklogic certification would help. Will be supporting multiple databases, including Marklogic. No degree required. 1 technical interview.
