To be a successful ERP Program Manager you will embody GBSI's core employee characteristics of being passionate about IT, taking full ownership of your work & having a growth mindset. Work you'll do/Responsibilities: Developing a comprehensive project plan that, includes defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements Building and managing a project team, including assigning roles and responsibilities, facilitating effective communication, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment Identifying and engaging key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, end-users, and external vendors Manage and maintain ERP program and project status reports for CFOs/CIOs meetings and executive management. From the beginning to the end of the project, track and manage the backlog of requirements for ERP projects and enhancements. Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact the project's success and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve program goals by working closely with development leads. Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to inform, warn, identify, and mitigate risks as well as negotiating with them and try to keep a positive working relationship and a shared vision for the program's outcome. Produce written documents (like project charters or status reports) and present them to a variety of audiences, from project teams to stakeholders to executive leadership to demonstrate your written and oral communication abilities. Track ERP program / project deliverables using appropriate PPM tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc. Developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and acceptance of the ERP system Overseeing the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the ERP system meets the defined requirements and functions correctly Ensuring all project-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible Must be a motivated self-starter who maintains a friendly, courteous, and compassionate demeanor.10+ years of information systems experience6+ years as domain lead in Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP systems Experience working with Middle office and Master Data Management Experience collaborating with product teams and product owners Exposure to vendor relationship management Strong analytical, interpersonal, and reasoning ability Experience in planning, understanding contemporary and emerging technologies and demonstrated success in implementing large-scale projects involving a variety of technologies to improve process and achieve long term goals and objectives. What qualifications you need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
