As AEM Developers in the Global Communications and Marketing (GCM) Solutions team, the consultants will be responsible for creating templates and components and delivering which is a preparatory work for migrating to AEM from SiteCore for Micron.com. These 2 developers will work as an Integrated Micron team by working on POCs to baseline and visualize the requirements for migration to Micron.com. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the Microns Global Communications and Marketing solutions landscape, applying systems thinking to pre-empt unwanted consequences and identify the quick wins. The candidate should possess the command skills needed to socialize these solutions throughout the supply chain organization and get leadership consensus and should be able to orchestrate the implementation of system capabilities and provide the leadership vital to see solutions through to delivery. Primary Responsibilities Analyse and define Functional requirements of the user story (requirements) and acceptance criteria. Design and deliver AEM components for websites using responsive Html5 and Css3 using Bootstrap, Agile, Angular JS and MVC approach. Complete executive Summary documents participate in Code reviews changes and coordinate deployment. Support Operational reporting requirements coming from the Singapore team and quickly deliver them. Learn how Microns customers use the data today with the goal of improving the user experience and developing a good understanding of how the feedback loops work with key customers by building positive relationships Collaborate with business team members and other AEM developers to ensure that the solution is meeting the business needs. Drive effective agile project management through active engagement in the Scrum development process. Provide hands-on demonstration of the solution and provide Functional support to key stakeholders during the testing and deployment phase.
