The project is currently in its final stages of proof of concept, and my client is looking for a dynamic leader to drive the implementation phase and manage a team of engineers. The Person We're Looking For: Demonstrated experience in the MarTech space, specifically in orchestration tools. Notable leadership skills with a track record of managing teams through successful projects. Proven ability to drive delivery and ensure project success. Previous experience with orchestration tools is a must; generic Scala engineers need not apply. Candidates without martech experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Lead the onboarding process of a new vendor tool, involving the migration from a legacy system tool. Manage a team of 5 engineers, providing both technical leadership and project management expertise. Drive delivery and implementation, ensuring successful execution and alignment with project goals. Work closely with product stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the tool meets business needs. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from onboarding to enhancement phases. Skillset: 50% technical leadership, 50% management focus, with a proven track record of driving delivery. Expertise in orchestration tools; experience with various tools is acceptable. Previous experience in the martech domain is essential. Strong leadership skills, having managed a 3-5 person team through a project.
