Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] Position : Oracle Cloud & PeopleSoft HCM/ERP Project Manager Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Citizenship Requirements: Only US Born Citizen(Women only) Job Description The objective of the Project Manager (PM) is to provide day to day leadership, co-ordination, effective and pro-active Project management to ensure successful project completion. This involves managing the projects and ensuring all project activities support the strategic direction of the Project and will deliver the business capabilities. The PM will ensure the proactive management of the project business case, risks, timelines, financials, and quality. Responsibilities: ITS - Project Manager Specific implementation experience in Oracle Cloud & PeopleSoft implementations on any of the applications mentioned below. Human Capital Management (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Taleo/Recruiting, Absence Management) Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) Supply Chain Management (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash) Ensure North/South, East/West communications (i.e. Project Director, Steering Committee, Technical Committee, and Project team): on the status of the project and communication of approved official changes Identify/Mitigate potential threats & ensure the successful resolution of issues To create and proactively manage the overall schedule of activities for the team, to ensure the project is on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations. This minimally includes tracking of: completion dates, deliverables against plan, interdependencies with balance of priorities, and pro-active follow up of overdue activities To monitor and assess the continued validity of the Business Case; verify project goals have been met Change Control co-ordination/management: ensure changes and acceptance are agreed to and signed off by the Steering committee; Obtain formal project approvals and acceptance To serve as an escalation point/decision maker for project level decisions, resolving issues affecting Project scope, quality, schedule, budget and resources To acquire the necessary resources, facilities, funding etc. To ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized across the project and bring to management attention any constraints, when necessary Verify and control scope, cost, and quality Develop and maintain work plan by identifying resources, tasks and estimating activity durations and revising as necessary Ensure effective implementation of change management Proactively manage implementation partners and uphold their commitment through management of their Scope of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreement (MSA), Change orders, Addendums Assist in gathering business requirements as needed and requested by management Summarize lessons learned and implement improvements and share with PMO Contribute to the development of project standards and ensure that project team members adhere to standards. Minimal Deliverables: Performance Analysis and Reporting: Status reporting, critical path with dependencies and impact Issue & Risk Registrar Meeting minutes inclusive of action items, decisions made Manage Project business case, issues, risks, team contact info, RACI Ensure project collateral is maintained and kept up to date and accessible to all team members Sign-offs Work plan Project Financials Documented Processes: Risk Management, communications plan, and Quality Management plan Key Competencies: Business Acumen - Uses understanding of how the business works to make decisions.
