Testing across different systems: Camp. Mgr. And BOM is the backend of processing and sending to other systems such as MyAccount Comfortable in fast paced environment and heavy communication (Teams, emails, calls) Knowledge of Comcast (internet speed and device info) (entertainment packages and device), Order Management System (OMS) and biller processes Handling data/account investigations/escalations. We are a cross functional team that works with many stakeholders: internal tool team Supply Chain, Comms, Divisional fallout teams Use of Home grown tools (Camp.
