Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] Position : Program Manager Regulatory Reporting Location : Ohio Remote Duration : Long Term Job Description The Program Manager provides leadership and has overall responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to Finance, Risk and Audit business units toward quality, regulatory and compliance related programs and projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Own the governance and execution of programs and project. Works with business segment leader(s) and program/project sponsors to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule. Accountable for visibility and escalation of issues and risks related to schedule, scope, and budget. Communicates program status and ensures programs are completed on time and within budget. Connects project objectives to broader organizational strategy, goals and objectives. Acts as advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree 10+ years or project management experience and 7+ years of banking or related financial services experience Preferred Project Management Qualifications: Experience utilizing a variety portfolio project management tool and creating and tracking project schedules in MS Excel or MS Project. Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum) and project management processes and standards. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to explain project risks and issues, and IT related concepts clearly and concisely to multiple layers of peers and leadership. High motivation with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize them. Ability to provide strong program and project leadership during periods of uncertainty, ambiguity, and change. High level of executive presence, professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with leadership, team members, and business partners and establish effective working relationships. Ability to initiate and facilitate change, whether indicated by corporate needs, market or regulatory requirements. Experience leading large, cross-functional programs and projects. Preferred Regulatory Reporting Qualifications: Preparation and analysis for required banking regulatory reports including supporting schedules for 2052A, FR-Y14A, DFAST-14A, and other reports as needed, in conformance with regulatory instructions. Experience with analytical platforms such as OFSAA Regulatory Reporting or other Risk solutions, BI tools (Tableau etc.), Database analytic tools Working experience with Adenza (formerly AxiomSL) Knowledge of regulatory rules, including LCR, NSFR, Enhanced Prudential Standards/Reg YY Experience with database structures, data management and visualization applications (e.g., Power BI), and SQL is a plus Keywords: business intelligence information technology microsoft Idaho |
