Job Title: Incident Manager Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: 6 Months Contract Onsite role DellBoomi/Apigee experience is not required. Candidate should have any Integration tool experience. Were on the search for highly experienced professionals that can assist with a few projects here in the IT department here at Exelon Corporation. Scope and responsibilities are detailed below. Ideally we would like to have individuals onboarded as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months and if youre able to meet to discuss further that would be great. Technical Skillsets Needed Strong knowledge of Operating Systems - Windows, Solaris or Linux Strong knowledge of hosting and cloud platforms IIS, Apache, Azure, Amazon or Google Strong understanding of advanced programming concepts, data structure and algorithms Strong troubleshooting skills. Can handle almost all analysis and support activities independently Understand functional programming and know when and how to apply functional concepts in any programming language. Possess a deep understanding of how the platform functions including code execution. Comfortable with their package manager tools. Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server Databases: Well-versed in using database views, stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined data types (UDT). In order to speed up the query process, apply knowledge of index syntax to create custom clustered and non-clustered indexes. Define and implement best practices Subject Matter Expertise in a particular critical area capable of turning requirements into solutions, providing estimates on tasks, and assisting in planning/decomposing larger sections of work. Experience working with and developing in the Dell Boomi and ApiGee platforms Experience working with and developing in Microsoft apps such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development Experience in automation platforms including automated testing such as unit testing, UI testing and functional testing Provide management of incidents, problems, defects, and enhancements within the Audit, Legal and Real Estate portfolios of the Corporate Applications area Support scheduled maintenance for Audit Analytics, Legal, and Real Estate applications including any necessary patches and new releases Conduct necessary system maintenance to ensure the system software is current and operating optimally Provide all system administration support (i.e. support members of the Exelon IT Department and the Legal Technology Group) for Audit Analytics, Legal, and Real Estate applications Participate in Exelon IT meetings and initiatives as necessary when those meetings or initiatives require Audit Analytics and Legal applications representation Oversee the EWS Corporate Application Audit, Legal, and Real Estate portfolios and coordinate with the teams as required with guidance from the portfolio owner Perform minor enhancement requests. Enhancement requirements will be reviewed with Exelon IT and/or the Legal Technology Group Prioritize the work, coordination, and communication with Exelon business partners/vendors Provide guidance in the below areas for the EWS Corporate Applications Audit, Legal, and Real Estate portfolios: IT compliance activities such as architecture reviews, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, patching management, and declining standards for the Exelon assets Drive the team in various stages of application lifecycles such as design, requirements, build, test, and production support Create and share status reports for the work being tracked and coordinated for the Audit, Legal, and Real Estate portfolio Audit Analytics Upgrade Project Monitor and perform Audit Analytics upgrade as required for Exelons Audit Analytics platform Install required software and tools Deploy and configure SSIS packages which includes interface updates with SSIS and .NET components Migrate network drive and SQL server data Complete application and interface IT and UAT testing Complete production migration and post-migration verification steps Simple Legal Interface with Financial Systems Transformation Project Manage Boomi and ApiGee interfaces Coordinate with Exelon IT Services to test, pilot and deploy Simple Legal updates when applicable or required Ensure application is up to date with codeblock metadata specifically for Chart of Account (COA) structure for COA for General Ledger and/or POET codeblocks and perform a process to execute reporting in Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM to identify metadata changes between points in time and make the required updates Engage in applicable meetings organized by the Financial Systems Transformation Project Engaged in planning, scheduling, and tracking of detailed build schedule for completing integration and remediation work Remediate the boundary application/middleware to the new Chart of Account (COA) structure for COA for General Ledger and/or POET structure Consume COA mapping file, POET data file and convert the data in the boundary application. Engage in development and approval of functional and technical specifications and configuration documentation, as applicable.
