Job Description:- Job Role:- Power BI Developer Location:- Hartford, CT (Hybrid) Contract Our client is looking for a consultant to help build their risk management dashboards. Determine how to collect the data and store into the database. Much of this work will be automation of current process. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL Server Database development. Strong expertise in VBA coding for automation and process improvement. Demonstrated experience in building Power BI Dashboards. 2. Industry Experience: Mandatory experience working at a mid to large size investment firm. In-depth understanding of fixed income analytics. 3. Years of Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience as an IT developer. 4. Preferred Qualifications: - Insurance industry experience is nice to have. 5. Working Conditions: Hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility in remote and office work. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative to drive projects to completion. 6. Compensation: Competitive fixed amount per week. Responsibilities: 1.
