Job Title: Incident Manager Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Job Type: Long term Contract Job Description: Manage Boomi and ApiGee interfaces. Coordinate with Exelon IT Services to test, pilot and deploy Simple Legal updates when applicable or required. Ensure application is up to date with codeblock metadata specifically for Chart of Account (COA) structure for COA for General Ledger and/or POET codeblocks and perform a process to execute reporting in Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM to identify metadata changes between points in time and make the required updates. Engage in applicable meetings organized by the Financial Systems Transformation Project. Engaged in planning, scheduling, and tracking of detailed build schedule for completing integration and remediation work. Remediate the boundary application/middleware to the new Chart of Account (COA) structure for COA for General Ledger and/or POET structure. Consume COA mapping file, POET data file and convert the data in the boundary application. Engage in development and approval of functional and technical specifications and configuration documentation, as applicable. Complete required planning, designing, building, testing and deployment tasks as needed for this project. Technical Skillsets Needed Strong knowledge of Operating Systems - Windows, Solaris or Linux. Strong knowledge of hosting and cloud platforms IIS, Apache, Azure, Amazon or Google . Strong understanding of advanced programming concepts, data structure and algorithms . Strong troubleshooting skills. Can handle almost all analysis and support activities independently. Understand functional programming and know when and how to apply functional concepts in any programming language. Possess a deep understanding of how the platform functions including code execution. Comfortable with their package manager tools. Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server Databases: Well-versed in using database views, stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined data types (UDT). In order to speed up the query process, apply knowledge of index syntax to create custom clustered and non-clustered indexes. Define and implement best practices Subject Matter Expertise in a particular critical area capable of turning requirements into solutions, providing estimates on tasks, and assisting in planning/decomposing larger sections of work. Experience working with and developing in the Dell Boomi and ApiGee platforms. Experience working with and developing in Microsoft apps such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus. Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development. Experience in automation platforms including automated testing such as unit testing, UI testing and functional testing.
