Management of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, including agent queue configuration, outbound campaigns, and IVR applications. Management of IP faxing solution, including new user setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Maintenance of on-prem network switching and routing hardware. Configuration and maintenance of remote site routers. Identify and implement additional monitoring for the network and telecom systems to provide proactive failure notification and trouble visibility. Act as a Tier III point of escalation for helpdesk on network and telecom issues. Attend project meetings as assigned and engage other team members as needed. Preferred Experience: Cisco CCNA Voice or CCNP Voice certifications. Cisco CCNA or Juniper JNCIA certifications.
