TITLE-
                       Healthcare
Quality Assurance/Quality Analyst

LOCATION-

Oregon (must be in PST Time Zone)
fully remote

DURATION-           
6-12 months

INTERVIEW-            telephonic and WebEx

Candidate must be in PST hours, and have recent and experience working in healthcare . Facets claims, Jenkins automation and strong SQL skills. Great communication is also required.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance/Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 6-12 month contract basis. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our healthcare services, contributing to the overall enhancement of patient care.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough reviews of healthcare processes, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of healthcare applications and software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and address quality issues promptly.

Data Analysis:

Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact the quality of care provided.

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of healthcare processes and systems.

Process Improvement:

Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in healthcare operations.

Propose and implement quality enhancements to elevate the overall standard of healthcare services.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance processes, test results, and improvement initiatives.

Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Facet claims experience (required)

Jenkins automation experience (required)

Experience:

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance/Quality Analyst in the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for recent experience.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HEDIS.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data.

Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in quality assurance or healthcare quality (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ) would be advantageous.
