You will be at the forefront of innovation and play a meaningful part in enhancing the systems that matter most. You will help ensure that today is safe, and tomorrow is smarter. The clients work depends on a Healthcare Claims Analyst joining their team to support the implementation of a Machine Learning (ML) initiative for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Daily Impact of a Healthcare Claims Analyst: - Analyze Machine Learning (ML) model results and research discrepancies. - Participate in internal peer reviews of requirements, test cases, technical design, and code/unit test results. - Maintain/gain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. - Participate in special projects as required. What you'll need to succeed: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training, or work experience. - 5+ years of related experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in systems/functional analysis and software testing. - Proficiency in the use of one or more specific technologies, depending on job assignment. - Proficiency in running basic SQL queries. - Understanding of complex data models and relationships. - Understanding of Machine Learning models and being able to analyze results. - Clinical background and/or experience with healthcare and/or healthcare claims analysis. - Proven analytical skills. - Proven ability to handle simultaneous assignments and meet stringent deadlines. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with other analysts and developers. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of/experience with AWS SageMaker.
