Title : Scrum Master/BSA Location : Irvine, California (Hybrid , 3 days in office) Duration: long term Contract Job description: Job Responsibilities Act as a Scrum Master in the project, ensuring the proper implementation of the Scrum process Support the software development team in achieving project goals Monitor work progress and identify potential risks and obstacles Resolve problems and manage conflicts Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Requirements Qualifications BSA with 5 years of experience in conducting system analysis and creating document system flow, functional, and non-functional requirement based on business requirement provided by Product Owner At least 3 years of experience, working as Scrum Master, with experience in handling agile team, run scrum meetings, drive sprint planning & retrospective sessions and implement the improvement points from earlier sprints to upcoming sprints Collaborating across customer support, technical services and business teams Experience working with business stakeholders, effective articulating complex & technical concepts to non-technical audience Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies Good knowledge of Project management tools like JIRA, Azure boards .
