Historically additional funding should then last a year and occur from7/1/24 - 6/30/25*** Job Description The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will work withstakeholders and development team members as directed by the Bureau of Businessand Service Management (BBSM) and the Project Manager (PM) from PennDOTsProject Management Office (PMO) to provide analysis. BA-related positions yield an high amount of candidatesubmittals. This req is released to the entire network, so will be capped at one candidatesubmission. Please be mindful of duplicate submittals, ensure rates are correct and there'spreference for local candidates. The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will work with stakeholders and developmentteam members as directed by the Bureau of Business and Service Management(BBSM) and the Project Manager (PM) from PennDOTs Project Management Office(PMO) to provide analysis and related project support. Senior BA will (but not limited to): Provide a comprehensive, independent evaluation ofexisting efforts. Support requirements elicitation, prioritization,validation, and documentation. Attend sessions and conduct interviews withstakeholders to identify and document the business and system requirements,create and submit any required documentation. Develop user stories and associated use cases. Develop test scripts and support testing. Maintain version control of documentation. Provide guidance and serve as a liaison between thedevelopment team and project stakeholders to resolve issues. Triage production issues and work with the developmentteam and end users to successfully resolve the issue. Attend sessions and conduct interviews withstakeholders to identify and document the business and system requirements,create and submit any required documentation. Support all aspects of Mobile applicationimplementation and outcome documentation. Provide meeting agendas and meeting minutes forspecified meetings. Document meeting outcomes and track action itemdisposition. Be knowledgeable of, adhere to and contribute toestablished digital accessibility regulations and standards. Travel as needed to facilitate project activities. The Senior BA will perform various testing and validation activitiessurrounding Mobile iterative releases as agreed upon by the projectsgovernance team. The Senior BA will perform the following testing supportactivities: Develop user acceptance test scripts (UAT) and supporttesting efforts. Assist with the preparation and presentation of designmockups to users and update relevant documentation. Work with development team to identify and presentoptions for design changes based on user feedback. Work with users to address issues, record testresults, and coordinate resulting development changes or bugs which result fromuser acceptance testing. Perform test management including change control,classifying and tracking changes identified in system testing and regressiontesting. Track results from system testing, regression testing,and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with development team and stakeholders onfound issues to ensure timely resolution. Support development and prioritization of productbacklog, release backlog, and iteration backlog. The Senior BA will compile testing and projectdocumentation into reports that include various documents such as: Agile Work Product Reviews. The Senior BA will provide design and implementationsupport services surrounding the implementation of Mobile releases. Sample services include: Support all aspects of Mobile Applicationimplementation and Go Live activities. Track defect resolution and design changes based onuser feedback. Maintain version control on project documentation. Maintain work products and track modifications throughthe BA Services documentation change management processes. Senior Business Analyst level is defined as: Five or more years of business analysis experience. Capable of applying the listed knowledge, skill,competency, or performing the activity independent of supervision. Able to instruct and mentor others in the exercise orperformance of the business analysis responsibilities. Mastery of industry standards and best practices forthe business analysis responsibilities with the ability to contributeimprovements to the practice.
