Experience in Case Management / CS(Customer Support) Frameworks, CRM, CPM. Defect fixing during the releases, unit testing, sending the release notes. Working collaboratively with business users and cross-functional stakeholders Reviewing the code developed by peers, making them in compliance with Pega guardrails. Good Exposure on using Correspondence and Reporting features in PRPC. Exposure to Snowflake / Tableau desired. Prior banking domain knowledge is a plus.
