Plus/Preferred Experience within IT Operations / Production support organizations Experience leveraging Rally. Day to day Perform data analysis to identify trends and potential automation opportunities. Partner with Retail Pharmacy IT Operations Services teams and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities. Partner with teams to document automation opportunities including value statements. Partner with teams to gather requirements.
