Foster an Agile mindset within the teams and promote continuous improvement. Collaborate with SAP Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines. Remove impediments and barriers to the team's progress to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and prioritize the project backlog in collaboration with the product owner. Monitor and report project progress, ensuring the team meets sprint goals and commitments. Facilitate communication within the SAP Scrum team and with external stakeholders. Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, and impediments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Scrum teams and across the organization. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices. Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive meetings and ceremonies. Ability to foster collaboration, communication, and decision-making within the team. Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and impediments hindering project progress. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate complex project landscapes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.
