Consult, review, and analyze business information to determine the solution efficiently. Must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Identify business process strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvements across a broad spectrum. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience across the entire enterprise data center stack from the hardware to the application layer at major consulting firm or systems integrator Minimum 5+ years strong AS400 & RPGLE and RPG programming/development experience. Minimum 5+ years & full knowledge AS400 Database skills. Minimum 5+ years SYNON 2E.
