This is a hybrid position, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET architecture, extensive Azure experience, and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. This position is open to Green Card (GC) and U.S. Citizen (USC) holders. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the architectural design and development of .NET-based applications and systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement architectural best practices. - Assess and recommend solutions for complex technical challenges. - Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of .NET applications. - Stay current with emerging technologies and provide guidance on their adoption. - Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to requirements. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 12 years of experience in .NET development and architecture. - Strong expertise in designing and developing .NET-based applications. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps. - In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns and best practices for .NET applications. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Effective communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Green Card (GC) or U.S. Citizenship (USC) is required. **Nice-to-Have:** - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certifications. - Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
