Role: Senior Sap SD/OTC/LE Consultant Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Position Title: Product Analyst SD/Logistics Execution, ERP Product Group Physical Location of Position: Raritan, New Jersey Position Summary: The ERP PL team provides end-to-end Supply Chain solutions aligned with strategic goals of the organization to deliver innovative value to our customers. The Product Analyst will support Business and IT partners to design and build new capabilities and/or enhancements to ERP product, platform, or features/applications focusing on Order management and Deliver processes to support business initiates. The Product Analyst is expected to understand Supply Chain business processes and work closely with the business partners to deliver technology backlog supporting the business process, manage demand planning, analysis, prioritization, and execution and ensure quality for IT process capabilities for ERP Product line. Major Duties & Responsibilities Process & technology leadership o Be a technology partner with expertise in Sales and Distribution, and Logistics execution, particularly in Order to Cash (Ecommerce, Retail, Distribution, and Warehouse Management). Collaborate with business and technology partners/SMEs to actively participate in requirements workshops, shape business demand, and propose solution designs . o Partner with business and IT partners to understand business drivers, strategic direction, and set priorities. o Interface and handle relationships across teams, proactively match business needs with existing ERP technology capability, driving adoption of core system and highlighting value in a business context. o Tracks progress of product development and define capability roadmaps to ensure business needs & objectives are accounted/aligned. o Writes, manages, and refines user stories while defining clear acceptance criteria o Explaining the business ask, intent, process, and requirements to technical team members to drive build and test of functionality. o Negotiate with the business to prioritize the backlog based on capacity, business value and priority. o Reports back to the business on status of the delivery of features, functionality, and applications.
