Title: L1 Tech Support (Unix, Networking) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) (Hybrid) Job Description: A junior-mid-level technical support engineer with hands-on experience of Unix platform basic support to manage an L1 voice and basic troubleshooting support for datacenter HosttoHost migration project for one of our biggest clients in the banking domain. The individual should be skilled in managing the basic technical understanding of mainframe space, basic networking, and login issues and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a larger team. Technical Skills: Experience in a technical Troubleshooting role (voice and non-voice) Working knowledge of various Operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix. Basic knowledge of firewalls, protocols, and security Basic knowledge of various FTP communication technologies. Working knowledge of FTP transport and payload security technologies. Working knowledge of cryptography settings (ciphers, KEX, HMAC) Working knowledge of verbose logs Good to have Understanding of Datacenter migration and Host to-Host migration. Process Skills: Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls Can be talking to someone from CFO level to the individual responsible for making coding changes. Professional handling of calls.
