In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices Extensive experience in Guidewire integration mechanisms ; Data model ; Rules ; Configurations ; Admin data management ; Performance monitoring and tuning Experience of at least 2 end to end Guidewire Implementation projects. Hands-on experience in Guidewire application configuration (clustering, database configurations) Experience of Guidewire in Cloud environment Good Technical understanding of various parts of GW Platform and interwork. Awareness in compliance and regulatory requirements for GW Product onboarding Awareness with Devops CICD Process Experience in handling test data for creating tooling/masking PII or moving data from Test to Prod Experience in resolving issues with Integration with other vendor products/monitoring and logging. Should have good understanding of Estimation, planning, development processes Very good understanding of SAFe, Agile methodology Excellent Communication skills, team coordination skills and handling communication with stakeholders 2nd Requirement - Position- Guidewire Integration Lead Location- San Antonio, TX / Dallas, TX/ Multiple locations in TX Duration- 12 Months Position Description Configure, build & develop Guidewire components using GOSU, Integration plugins, messaging, REST APIs, etc. Apply GW coding standards, best practices and design patterns to deliver solutions. Coordinate with business users, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements and configure complex business rules and workflows. Trouble shoot & resolve technical issues, provide solutions & workarounds to critical requirements. Adhere to enterprise security and performance requirements. Identify risks and opportunities which can affect program and project deliverables with follow-through on mitigation, resolution, and action plans. Prepare and enhance design documents that would be needed to support product configuration Field mapping, Data definition, rules definition. Certified on the Guidewire product portfolio Good understanding of P&C Insurance, relevant project experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter Good understanding of OOP design principles. Good understanding of enterprise integration design patterns. Comfortable in juggling multiple activities and fast deadlines while maintaining professional demeanor Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and influence business and technology stakeholders.
