Develop and lead the organization-wide change management strategy and change plan by working with key internal delivery partners in line with change management framework; Ensure the effectiveness of proposed activities are delivered against agreed capabilities, business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget; Develop and deliver key outputs such as stakeholder matrices and impact assessments Manage a portfolio of multiple, diverse, and overlapping change initiatives; Ensure stakeholders and users are ready, willing, and able to receive and embed the change; Identify, monitor and report on change progress, issues, and resistance enabling the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits; Lead and motivate team members including modeling organizational behaviors; coaching/mentoring; performance management; identifying training/development needs, etc. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Previous experience (at least 7-15 years) delivering organizational change management, or business transformation consulting to enterprise customers Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Strong understanding of process and continuous improvement Strong organizational and project management abilities Experience: - consulting, previous change management, or talent management in a leadership role Licenses/Certifications: Certification in change management methodology (PROSCI, CMI, PCI, etc.) is preferred but not required.
