We are preparing to kick off our testing phases and need a resource that can focus on managing Change management activities (i.e. communication planning, training plans, guides and user meetings/reviews) as well as some standard business analyst documentation work. Having previous experience with an Oracle Fusion implementation is needed and below is a summary of the key things that would be in a job description: Duties: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain buy-in, support, and active participation in change initiatives for the Oracle Fusion program. Design and deliver change management workshops and training programs to build change readiness (for Fusion go live) within the organization. Develop and maintain communication plans to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information related to the program. Identify and manage potential risks and barriers to change, providing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and maintain alignment with overall project objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business process owners, and external consultants, to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and create End-to-End workflows and data flows. Assist with developing and delivering training to end users. Manage the testing process, including test planning, test case management, execution, defect management, and reporting. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional requirements, process maps, training materials, and user guides. Provide ongoing support to end users post-implementation, troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and providing timely guidance and assistance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and modifications, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
